Dipped into the 130's again...just barely...but I'll take it. More calories were consumed today so we'll see what tomorrow brings.

Had a good workout at the Gym. We planned to go into town for The First Friday Concert in the Park. We ended up not going because it rained with more in the forcast til later in the evening. I came home & watched 3 episodes of Virgin River on Netflix instead.

We called family in Canada after dinner & had a chat to catch up. Dinner was Chicken sandwiches on Ciabatta buns & chips.
63.4 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
