Started low carb yesterday
82.9 kg Lost so far: 26.9 kg.    Still to go: 34.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.2 kg a Week

I’ve been trying hard to cut carbs as well it’s a bummer though all my favorite foods are high in carbs but nothing worth having is easy

My favorite foods are carbs too but my weight loss has been majorly stalled with me just counting calories. I’m going to switch to low carb and see if I can start dropping some pounds again. I am still walking a lot so I should be losing.
