Dukan Day 4
Down just over a pound. I think that puts me just over 4 lbs lost since Tuesday. Amazing for me! Have not been bloated at all-another milestone. Just had an egg-so don't worry about me....One more day of pure protein and then it's veggie heaven.

SU is a bit upset-he did not lose anything this morning and is obsessed about the nonfat, sugar free frozen yogurt we had last night "sabotaging" his progress. Having to calm his irrational fears has helped me keep mine in check. It's so wonderful that he is doing this with me!
