My calorie count has fluctuated up & down this past week. Not by a lot...100 to 300 calories over, but I was under a couple of days. I'm trying to get more protein, especially the days I work out. The Protein bars I've been taking to the Gym are 190 calories & I've been making Protein Smoothies when we get home. They're around 250 to 300 calories, depending on what I add. I still eat a normal breakfast & dinner & have dessert afterwards. So far my weight is stable around 140 to 141ish. I haven't dipped back into the 130's.

I have had the thought that if I worked an actual job, I'd find it much more difficult to maintain my Gym time. It has kinda become my "job". Although, I look forward to going & feel energized during my workout, by the time we run any errands & get home I'm pretty wiped. I manage to make our smoothies. And of course the dogs get their dinner & I make ours. We clean the kitchen afterwards. Otherwise I don't accomplish much else. I have to commend those of you working out early then going on to work a full day. Of course most of you doing that are younger. 😊 I'm not sure if over time that will change. I did work out a couple of weeks ago, go to the grocery store after, made a dish to take then went out for Book Club. So I guess if I'm motivated I manage.

I've been fiddling around with my computer trying to access all of the music from my music library on my old computer. I had copied it to a portable hard drive to move it. Some how downloading it, I did something that caused only a portion to be readable. I had already set up an ITunes account on the new computer that a portion of the library downloaded from the cloud. I think I finally got all of it...pushing buttons. The only thing is now I have duplicates of songs 🙄
