Kind of feeling swollen today so I am hoping it’s just some water weight but I’ve also been hitting the Pilates and treadmill pretty hard this week. 🤷‍♀️
86.2 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
