Pretty pleased with the loss this week! Consistent on 5x swimming for the week and daily calorie range of 1250-1500…will be nice to see a 2 in front sometime soon. My current mantra : Consistent, persistent, resilient :)
141.8 kg Lost so far: 33.1 kg.    Still to go: 83.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
