Morning FS!

I lost another pound this week. Not bad! I really think it's due to my coworkers wanting to work out together and hold each other accountable. We work out during lunch on Tuesdays and Thursdays and focus on arms and core, and are guided by one of our coworkers who is also a fitness instructor besides being an IT engineer at our office. On days when he isn't instructing (MWF), we get together during our afternoon break and do two intense 7 minute circuits that get us sweating. So I'm basically working out every weekday right now for 15-30 minutes. It's small but something, and I think it really helps.

I also think the loss is due to the fact I now have a working kitchen... finally! I have a fridge and a stove and groceries I can use. Yesterday I didn't buy food at all again, and I'm hoping to have many, many days like that. It's time to get back to frugality. My wallet has been feeling the pinch for the last month and a half and is pleading for an end.

And today I measured my body fat. I thought I had skipped one month on account of the transition, but it was actually two. And it looks like I'm back where I was on July 4. That's great news! I know I had dropped down to 143 a one point, so I won't really celebrate being back on track until I get there. It's only 1.5 pounds away anyway.

This month's stats are:

Body Fat 35 %
Fat Mass 51 lbs
Lean Mass 94 lbs

I'm trying to get back on track. Focus, focus, focus. As I always say to myself: slowly but surely!
