You are doing so well. I have lost 15 kgs and that has been hard so I can't imagine how long it will take to lose 39 kgs!

Mials11 I agree I have this amount of weight to lose and it’s difficult to visualise achieving what Liz has so far…..

Thanks ladies ☺️ malgaynor, when I get into double digits I think there will be tears... mials11, I am also 5'2" but couldn't manage to rein in my overeating until I was just about as wide as I am tall ... so I am only now close to half way to my ultimate goal of 65kg. I don't know if I'll get there, as I will also have a lot of loose skin to deal with, but I'll give it my best shot... So grateful for this app and wonderful, encouraging community 🤗

Take the amount of calories you can have to maintain weigh. Use that as your starting point. If you can do that for 2 weeks then you have stabilized.
Then chip away at it, just 50 or 100 calories less to start with. You can do this!
