I’ve been bouncing back and forth. Sucks cuz I really have been eating less and moving more. I was going by how my clothes fit and I can’t tell if I’m lying to myself lol

Thank you! You the same! I weighed in at 187 today but I guess that’s to be expected, husband took me for a date yesterday and each week starting this week is going to be filled with social events. I’m just going to have to really try to maintain at least :/
