Inflammation up
Traveling, but will take Lasix as soon as I get home. Macros great, more protein than fat, and more exercise. Life. I will get there! 💜🌈
Dr said labs are perfect abc she’s lowering my steroids ( hydrocortisone) to galf my dosage. That will help me lose PLUS sue gage je the green light to do intermittent fasting.I hope that works for me. So ready!

Thank you! Stress causes all metabolic disorders including cancer. I’m very zen. I started collagen for a multitude of reasons 8 days ago. I’m already moving better! It’s just Knox unflavored gelatin, but with a bit of juice. It is amazing! My skin already looks better!
