Not a horrible gain considering, but am feeling extra bloated and retaining a lot of water today from my sore legs... hopefully that goes away and i get back down
67.7 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
