😩 I've got about one more day in me before I give up on IF
74.9 kg Lost so far: 18.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks love!! I need it. Ive got myself too stressed. I ate the same things I always eat. Burned 2k cal yes did 5.25 miles.. fasted 21 hrs and lost .2!!! 😭 Maybe it's residual from the last week I was stuck at home 🙏🏼 Gonna do my best to keep moving today n see how it goes.
