Thanks to all that came to my " pity party" the other day...( I appreciate all the support!!💜) I just got overwhelmed and overtired and let my bad mood take over. I see other people on FS that are dealing with tremendous issues and I'm worried about a couple lb weight gain...( how shallow of me!) I let my frustrations over flow and that also contributed to why I overate etc...I'm back on track, let's just hope my train keeps going in the right direction!
58.7 kg Lost so far: 11.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
