Realizing I should be able to fit in 5x 1 hr swimming a week and that I probably don’t need a small sweet treat at lunch are two small and sustainable adjustments that seem to be making a difference. The swimming is as much for the mind as the body.
143.8 kg Lost so far: 31.0 kg.    Still to go: 85.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
