The scale is headed in the right direction and I am so happy! Plus I have been drinking more water!

91.7 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg. Still to go: 14.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't drink too much water. My doctor advised that you are flushing out the electro-lites and you don't want to do that. Just drink the recommended 6-8 8 oz glasses per day. Good for you though. I am so glad the scale is going down, down, down...
