Harley sleeping, hardly eating, not enough steps n virtually no work outs. The last week has been a hard one. Still fasting. Only 16 hours today though.
75.4 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think you are right MorticiaAddams 💕 I'm gonna rest up. I tried the gym n was not super successful but didn't have a ton of time either .. hoping you have a great and relaxing weekend. 🙏🏼
