Late night cereal eating!
Nuts with brunch + dinner.
Less than 8 hours sleep.
Going to bed at 2AM.
97.3 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.9 kg a Week
