I didn’t realize inflammation can be SO painful until I had it for quite awhile the last few months. Mostly gone now, thank goodness!:)

I can handle the pain, but eating right and not losing bites. Glad yours is fine. Hoping mine dies! It’s an unknown.,The Lasix gives me migraines. So glad you don’t have to deal with it. 🌈

Have you tried meloxicam? Mine was caused by my body not releasing toxins properly.

I know with Crohn’s disease, turmeric x3/day and cutting down carbs and cutting out refined sugar/high fructose syrup does amazing. Sugar is so bad for me and inflammation……

I haven't tried turmeric except a little on my food sometimes. Yes, I have read a lot about sugar being bad for inflammation. Mine is mostly gone but a little left in one knee. My naturopath has helped me more than my primary doctors!:)

I cannot take any NSAID’s as they eat my stomach out AB’s gave gif years. Turmeric interferes with my thyroid medication. I do fresh ginger root tea which heals. I do a lot of natural healing. I got my SLE Lupus and other autoimmune in remission. I rarely eat much sage. I’m not like most people. I changed my duet completely 3 years ago and started yoga/stretching/meditation and I do a nightly Cherokee prayer ceremony and dance. I can’t dance correctly, but it’s still cardio. My GO said to keep doing what I’m doing. Very little processed or restaurant food. I don’t eat red meat or pork except once weekly bacon gif over 20 years. My labs are phenomenal for my age. I just have unknown cause if the inflammation. Looking at more natural remedies. I just have to make sure they don’t interact with my rxs I have to take. I’m off 3 plus infusions. Thanks for your support!

Wow! You are doing fabulous with your nutrition and exercise. It makes a big difference. I think years back to my pain level vs now and it is so worth it! Have a great weekend!:)

Talk to me about the turmeric and thyroid meds. I haven’t heard about that but I take 100mcg of levothyroxine daily. Is that your med? Symptoms?

Yes. I always ask the pharmacist b4 adding a new supplement. They just said it caused interaction. Since I have Adrenal Insufficiency and no thyroid, I just avoid it. Ask your pharmacist. The drs have zero clue.

@NAVYWIFESKI Thank you. I’ll be 65 in November and I’m in a wheelchair for distance , walker around short walks, and walking alone in the house. I’m trying so hard not to get the things that killed my parents and grandparents. We don’t have to get old and infirm. My pain is constant, but the exercise truly helps! Thank you for your support!
