I’m happy with this considering I haven’t been able to exercise for over a week. Still recovering from the brachial plexus stretch. All of the muscles on the left side of my neck and shoulder are in a constant state of spasm which is pretty painful. A cocktail of pain killers and muscle relaxers are helping along with chiropractic and athletic therapy and passive stretching. Happy Wednesday my friends.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
