...and the weight just keeps dropping off!

I am once again at a new lowest weigh-in - 3rd day in a row! This is sooo much fun when it just keeps dropping off like that. Of course, I expect a week of fluctuation to come hit me any day now, but I don't care! I think I have finally gotten past that and realized that it is just not that important. Sure, it bugs me when it happens, especially if it is more than a couple of days, but I know the deal now. Stuff builds up in your body, and it takes time to get rid of it. In the meantime, you are still losing fat, so when you are suddenly getting rid of the water, waste etc., then you drop weight significantly - simply because it could not be measured at that time. It all weighs something, and the weight is just one factor. I feel pants getting loser all the time, fluctuation or not.

I have now crossed the 48 kg line (weight lost). I am so close to 50 - something that I had thought COMPLETELY impossible. Turns out it was really not that hard at all.

I am learning big time to just say no to things I don't need, and not feel like I am missing out. Yesterday, we celebrated the birthday of a friend, and Wife made minestrone - yummy and very low on calories. So I didn't hold back too much during the day - gotta reach my calories, right? Anyways, when guests arrived, so did a big tray of Brownies, and Wife also made cake. I love cake! Wife kept praising the brownies, and I really wanted some, but I was out of calories to spend. I had no idea there was gonna be cake.
Anyways, I decided to just not have any. I enjoyed seeing the others eat, I enjoyed the smell of it, but I wanted a new low weigh-in today, so I just prioritized that to find a focus. Turns out that the cake really wasn't that important at all. I had none, and didn't really feel like I was left out. Mission VERY accomplished.

Guess what! Life IS good! :)
