No change. Worked out each day and stayed around 1600 cals. I don’t know. Maybe too high cals :/ no clue but I’ll keep going. Update: oh yeah, I had beer :( hahaha :’(

Yes! I just kept on chuggin! I drink socially and always when jumping back on the horse, there’s a social event haha
