If anyone had told me before....this person who didn't really like exercise....how much I'd look forward to going to the Gym....how much I'd enjoy working out....I wouldn't have believed it! I started feeling like I should join a Gym. All the weight lifters on FS were sparking an interest. I knew it would be good for me. But, I thought it might be something I'd have to push myself to do. Little did I know how the process would start to appeal to me.

Sammie, my trainer was very complimentary today 😁 I asked her advice about getting rid of (or decreasing) extra belly skin. I know I can build muscle in my arms & legs to help fill out loose skin. I don't think I want to "fill out" my belly. I understand I may have to live with some of it, but she gave me some pointers. We also talked about a debate Hubby & I had over the weekend about the benefits of the stationary bike as apposed to other forms of exercise. He never rides the bike but I like it. We worked on upper body today.

Last night Hubby & I watched "Thirteen Lives" on Amazon Prime...the story of the boys & their coach that were trapped in the cave in Thailand & their rescue. Pretty Intense!

I'm making Sausages & Saurkraut for dinner...probably some broccoli with it.
63.8 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

We just watched Thirteen Lives a couple days ago. We were glued to the TV during their rescue but the movie went much deeper into everything and everyone involved. yes, intense.

She suggested using coconut oil as a moisturizer. Also using the silicone cups you can order on Amazon. I was researching the cups last night. They had good reviews for cellulite. I'm not sure how effective they would be for my issues, but the tummy area is included as areas they can be used.

SherryeB - Glad you love the gym! I have been going for 3 years and love the challenge. My trainer did say that most people will lose interest between 1-2 years so make sure you push thru even on days you may not want to go. I am going to try the silicone cups & coconut oil. I am pretty lean at 130# and mentioned to my male trainer that I wanted my waist smaller and he said lose more weight which I don't want too. I think some of it could be fat but is more loose skin.
