Feeling tired and un-focused. Think I have been pushing too much on the cardio (5 days of 60min in succession) and need to re-work the schedule.
66.2 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
