Obviously hit a plateau but now maybe going down again. Slow but steady. Boy if I could lose a pound per day I would be ready for surgery by October. Don't think that will happen but I am sure going to try. Keeping the protein up is the hardest part, especially on fasting days. Today trying to keep the calories under 1200. Husband is gone.

I had a hard time staying low cal, feeling full and getting enough protein until I started doing a protein shake for breakfast! While still low, my protein is slowly, but steadily increasing and I usually, not always, lose a little each day. I credit that a lot to my daily protein and collagen shake made with 1 C frozen fruit, 1 C almond milk, a Splenda packet, 1 scoop collagen powder and 1 scoop of Gold Standard Protein Whey. French Vanilla is my favorite and I mix up the flavors based on the fruit. Good luck!!!
