Slow going but it’s a loss. Going to be taking a break from exercising as I fell over the weekend and compressed my neck resulting in an injury commonly known as a stinger burner in the football industry. It’s quite painful and mobility restrictive in my arm and neck. Hopefully chiropractic treatment will help the healing.
73.1 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Pam. I’m working on it. 🫤 I have a good team of health professionals so I’m in good hands. Unfortunately I don’t have much patience with being injured.

Thanks for the support. I’m faithfully doing my stretching exercises and have mobility back in my neck. Probably more than usual. Now comes the nerve healing which can take weeks. I still have numbness and weakness in my arm and the nerve pain in my shoulder in the morning is terrible. But, patience, patience, patience.
