I shouldn't be surprised that the weight went up - I've eaten poorly the last two days, and have gone way above the calorie limit I was shooting for (1800). Need to really watch myself this weekend, since I really do want to be at 234 by Tuesday.
107.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 44.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
