Well it had to happen...couldn't resist the holiday high life...come down with a bump now!!! an extra 5 pound big bump ..😳😳😳😳😳

82.1 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg. Still to go: 12.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 1.1 kg a Week
