On Sunday I ate SALTY stuff and gained weight. Not a problem since I know it is all water. On Monday morning I weighed 269. Tuesday morning I weight 265, so it was 4 lb water weight loss. I still feel bloaty so I'm not going to worry about it until next Monday. Presuming this is a salt/hormone thing.
120.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 56.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
