2. For the past 2 days I ate very little and very Atkins. Went up 1. Making circles around the same numbers..I got to go back to the gym. I am getting tired of this...and quite discouraged.
99.3 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 26.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
