New low and although I shouldn't be but I'm excited about it. I haven't been this weight since my preteens. Def need to start adding some calories now but it's going to be hard to retrain my brain.
40.6 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
