I've been eating my trigger food, cashews for at least a week now. it is reflected in the weight. I still seem to have stress eating response. and once cashews are involved, it's very easy to add candy and ice cream to the plate. oh well, I shall call this my bulking period and start correcting back to more natural eating habits before I permanently destroy my arteries....
89.8 kg Lost so far: 23.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
