Working my way towards my lowest recorded weights...140.4, when I had Covid & no appetite & 140, after I'd prepped for a colonoscopy.

Woke up sore this morning. I said we worked on legs yesterday but muscles in my butt were tender today, too. And arms. I put some music on & tried to lose up dancing while cleaning the kitchen.

I did the Yoga routine & a few stretching exercises....a few arm curls this afternoon.

Then I went outside & watered the gardens. I also swept around the seating area on the driveway patio & moved the 2 small tables in the center. That's where we're planning to put the new Firepit. Hubby may pressure wash that area first. We unloaded it off the truck & it's in the garage now.

I got so hungry...like a hole in my stomach & I was too tired to prepare anything else so decided to sit down & eat a bowl of Smart 50 popcorn. I watched an episode of The Split.

Then I took the dogs for an abbreviated walk up the drive & into the cul-de-sac. I went out & sprayed deer repellant after. I was so drained I actually had to lie down a few minutes after feeding the dogs, before I could make my dinner.
64.0 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Cont....Wanted to get this in before midnight. Hubby was out tonight so I made myself Asian Cup of Noodles. I added some sliced onions, chopped ham, boiled egg & a drizzle of Sriracha. It was tasty & I felt much better after. Maybe it was the heat that got to me but that's the first time I got hungry & made myself feel sick. I had slept in & we ate breakfast at noon. I was busy around the house so didn't eat lunch. After I exercised I ate a quick fiber bar & planned to eat after I got stuff done outside. Guess I need to be careful in the future. Don't know how anyone can fast for extended periods of time. It would make me sick.
