Bought (the cheapest cheesiest) scale I could find so finally after 3 months of moving stress I can start tracking myself again. not feeling bad about the few additional kgs on the scale. it's been stressful. honestly. my body is only realising that now. we are three weeks in to staying in Ireland. still trying to get into the system and in a bit of a waiting phase now which honestly I feel more stressful than being in the doing phase. today I'm taking a 6km walk to a park before I carry on with the absolute madness and full-time job of applying for work.
75.6 kg Lost so far: 22.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
