Hanging in there with the weight. Maintaining! This week hasn't been good for workouts though. I just got one run in this week. Maybe today at lunch if the rain stops.
Yesterday I took the day off work so that I could be there for my son's first doy of junior kindergarten. So after dropoff and a few tears, me and my hubbie came home. We cleaned the windows and I emptied out the linen closet. Then we went out for lunch and stopped off at Dairy Queen for mini blizzards. Afterwards, we went home and I cleaned the fridge. And then it was time to pick up our son from school. It was a muggy day and I just didn't feel up to a run. Should of... Then later I was logging my calories for the day and found out that a mini blizzard is 360 calories. Ouch!!
Anyway, plan today is to stay away from the bad stuff!!
