not really concentrating on my weight but other health issues
92.1 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Don’t know what your health issues are, however weight loss is a good thing for your heart and other organs because people don’t realize that a lot of fat we don’t see is surrounding our organs like our heart making it harder to circulate blood properly and lungs making it harder to inhale a full, quality breath, also intestines which can cause gut issues/urgency, gas, cramping. Weight loss exponentially helps in joint health. Fluid in joints get gunky and weight causes wear & tear on joints causing pain. Healthy diet foods & water consumption decrease gout problems, helps with quality brain function and thought processes. Good health to you!
