Gained again! I didn't sleep at all between midnight and 3. Usually I sleep at least an hour or so. Was up at 3 until 7am. Walked 125 rounds on the walkway this morning. Didn't feel well at all when I woke up. Felt so exhausted. So I went back to bed. Slept until almost 6pm. Still didn't feel all that great. Walked 20 rounds at the school. 8:05 to 9:17. I didn't rush or push just walked with my music.

Maybe I cant make any progress because of all the stress around here. That's what John keeps saying. I think he's just trying to make it so I don't give up. He told me to today that maybe I was firming up. Maybe muscle was building and it was countering any loss. I just think he is trying to make me feel better. I don't feel that. But I will continue on my with my plan. I guess what I'm doing can't hurt. The fair starts on Saturday. I will have to pick my foods carefully. But I will have the bonus of a lot of extra walking.

Stress makes it harder to loose weight (and easier to gain) because of the metabolic process induced by stress. On top gaining muscle makes it harder to loose fat. I bet you are doing much better then you realize and once you get to a plateau on the muscle gain you will see a lot of fat shed off. Keep going!
