a good eating weekend... I found i ate alittle less than what I was on most weekends but i wasnt hungry! I am skipping the weekly Pizza (its my slight indulgence) ans I am keeping the water coming!!
86.5 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 18.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
