I am 56 and have been fat my whole life Tried and failed many many "diets" now I am on a low carb high fat life style. In the past 9 days I have lost 7.2 lbs
122.5 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 54.4 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
