I have to get serious about loosing this weight! I'm sick of my doctor sending me for blood work specially when I have fainted 2 out of three times after. last time I felt so awful for the rest of the day too! High BP and rising LDL. I'm on a mission now I want to loose 25Lbs by January. I'm down 4Lbs and counting. I'm doing this! My husband seems to be on board for the first time ever as well yay!😊
101.6 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
