Went to Renaissance Faire this weekend and overate. Then again last night. So shows on the scale. But I intend to lose this weight, close to 30 pounds. It's a lot, but I'm gonna stick to it. Now I need to figure out what to make for everyone for dinner, something that doesn't make me want to go out and buy frozen yogurt, like I did last night.
69.3 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
