Starting the south beach diet to kick start my weight loss since my weight keeps going up. Just need to stay on track for a few weeks to lose the weight and continue to maintain.
64.7 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
