Had my 2nd session @ the Gym with my trainer today. Definitely feeling some after effects. I also did a 15 minute warmup on the treadmill & 30 minutes on the exercycle afterwards. Hubby & I soaked in the hot tub before heading out for errands.

We scheduled our training sessions @ 1PM on Mondays. The Gym is a 30 min. drive from home...give or take. I told Hubby if we're going to hit the Mall when we go to the Gym, we might want to go before. I was getting hungry, tired & hot 🥵 We can go anytime the rest of the week.

We checked out Nike & Under Armour @ the Outlet Mall. Didn't find anything we couldn't live without. It was really hot so I was ready to leave & finish what we needed to do. I replenished the fruit...Strawberries, grapes, mango, blueberries, honeycrisp, peaches & clementines. We also bought some Clif Bars to try.

It started pouring rain as we drove home & it appeared we had about a 40 minute power outage while we were out.

I made cheese burgers 🍔 & a salad 🥗 for dinner. Calorie count still came in just under 1600. I'm considering raising it a little to accommodate a protein snack after we work out. We'll see. It was so late when we got home I only had some grapes, cheese & a few crackers.
