Thankfully the scale is starting to tip downwards... let's hope this trend continues.

I'm now working on keeping both my net carbs and calories in check.

The aim is stay a bit steady and cut out some extra or limit them. It's also now post tom so my body needs to re balance itself out.
60.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
