Inflammation up
Took Lasix and Potassium
Are way less calories the past 2 weeks. Seeing the endocrinologist next month about thyroid and pituitary issues. I wasn’t online as my phone cracked and stopped. FS is not suppose on Chromebook. Not cheating just eating my usual and exercising more. SMH
86.9 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
