Okay. Didn't gain impossible amounts over the holiday weekend. I have from now until Thursday before my next eating out date. Let's see what I can get knocked off by Thursday morning.

Today's planned menu:

Breakfast - Beef broth with 2 T of coconut oil
Lunch - home made tri-tip salad (4 ounces of tri-tip)
Snack - 1 T of coconut oil
Dinner - two egg omelet


119.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 56.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.4 kg a Week
