I'm trying to tell myself 91 is a good place to be but to be honest I'm a little upset. Yes I would be happy if I was the same as last week and even happier if I had loss. I know I need to get my mind right cause I cant keep losing but seeing the number go down on the scale has always been a good thing .
41.3 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@sugarplum_ I'm def not trying to gain but don't need to lose any more either but my mind is still set in diet mode so I feel better when I see a loss on the scale . I would be happy to see 89 😆 but know i don't need to go any lower than I am right now so it's a daily struggle.
