i knew the first week with the loss of 4 pounds was mainly water weight and I know they say slow weight loss is best for keeping it off but I wish I was closer to 2 pounds or at 2.2 pounds a week...it's hard to work so hard and only have a pound to show for it. I will only weigh in weekly to not be so focused and woried about the slight flucuations....but at least that 10's place changed! That's huge right?
