keeping off 2 lbs. feel like im getting stronger. i reached my calorie limit yesterday. I was still really hungry, so i ate until i felt not hungry, and consumed extra 1K calories, and only gained .4 lbs! that's pretty good, i think! my delts, tri and scapulae are sore. i have been deliberately focusing on back/ posture since my herniated disc injury.. still have to be cautious with my left MCL (inner knee). its been over a year and i still have use compression/ice every now and again.

yay for gains! yay fol leaving baggage behind!
