Well, here I am again. Since I last posted I’ve had several health changes. About three years ago my body decided that it no longer wanted to process wheat as it should so I became gluten sensitive. That was easy enough to accommodate since there are a lot of good products on the market these days. Just two weeks ago my body once again decided that it didn’t want to process food. This time it was lactose. So I’m just trying to figure out now what I can be eating and not get grief. I have been reasonably active physically seeing both my athletic therapist and my personal trainer regularly. I do believe this is contributing to my weight gain as I have put on a lot of muscle mass. I even went so far as to buy a nice new rowing machine this year. However, my body once again decided that it wasn’t happy. I have developed arthritis in both knees. This is limiting my physical activity somewhat but I’m trying very hard to put up with the aches and pains. And finally, I am making my way through menopause which again results in some weight gain. I do believe I’m on the tail end of that, so that’s good news. This pretty much catches you up on what’s been happening to me. I look forward to getting back into the swing of things with posting food and activity. See you all regularly! 😊
