Hubby & I ordered new gym bags & they arrived today....in time for our first day tomorrow. As new members we get an official assessment & orientation on using the equipment. Hubby is taking it really seriously....got "All the Stuff" in his bag! We're aiming for 3 days a week, to start.

It rained last night & off & on again today.

I talked with my daughter in Dallas for an hour & a half, today....got all caught up.

We have had an issue with birds...especially Cardinals flying into our kitchen window. The feeder is on a hook on the deck across from the window. We had a youngster fly into the window today & stun itself. Eventually, it did fly away. We had one a month or so ago, nor survive 😥 We had purchased some butterfly decals from the bird feeder store to put on the windows that are supposed to deter them. We got them up today. I hope they work.

When our Yorkie, Teddy went for his annual checkup earlier this year, his blood work showed some elevated enzymes pointing to liver problems. A month ago our Vet exrayed his liver & it was very enlarged. She prescribed antibiotics & some liver support meds. He got more blood work on Friday & we got the news on Sat. he had improved dramatically. He's continuing with the liver meds. We were relieved & happy he's better. He's 12 years old....so getting to be an old man. He didn't have any symptoms to even allert us there was an issue.

I cooked one of the yellow squash from my Niece's garden tonight. I quartered it & brushed it with EVOO, sprinkled it with Parmesan Herb Panko & popped it in the oven. Some of the best I've made ❤️ 😋
